Press, Thuvakudi, Tiruchirapalli is on display to illustrate the printing
technology of that period.
Wind Mill
This is a 12-PU.500
wind mill having 12 blades fitted in 500 cm. diameter rotor with a pumping unit to demonstrate
the utilisation of non-conventional energy by pumping the water.
Solar Panel
The Solar Panel
is a system with a number of solar cells arranged in series and parallel, interconnected in
hermetically sealed panels. It is kept in the sunlight. The photons of light energy
generate the electricity between the poles of the panel and it is utilised suitably to
illustrate about non-conventional energy.
