Mohanjo-Daro weight Stones

Mohenjo-Daro Weight Stones

     The weights and measures are accurate and made of polished stone cubes. The smaller weights follow the decimal system and the larger weights follow the binary system.

 

Mohenjo-Daro Beads

    Steatite spacer, shell beads, carnelian beads, pottery beads are an imitation of carnelian. These beads were collected at Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa and they were used as ornaments.

Mohenjo-Daro Ornaments

      Personal ornaments such as necklace, armlets made of gold, silver, precious stones and ivory, while the poor used shell bone, copper, bronze and terracotta.



Mohenjo-Daro Toys

    Terracotta wheels of toy carts, pottery balls, pottery rattles, pottery games were obtained from Mohenjo-Daro and Harappa.
