Lord Napier (1819-1898 AD)

        It is an oil painting on canvas painted by Loven Dickinson, a British artist worked in India during 19th century. Lord Napier became the Governor of Fort St. George (1866-1872), Madras Presidency. In memory of his service to the British, a memorial park and Bridge named as Napier Park and Napier Bridge were constructed in Chennai.

        It is an oil painting painted by Sir. Thomas Lawrence, a British artist worked in India during 19th century. Sir Samuel Auchmuty became the Commander in Chief of the British India during the period from (1810-1813).

        It is an oil painting painted by Robert Home in 1792. Cornwallis is portrayed in this picture in standing position. In the background a view of Seringapatam in the distance is painted. Marquess Cornwallis was the Governor General of India during period 1786-1793.

        It is an oil painting painted by H.W.Pickersgill RA, a British artist worked in India in 19th century. The Painting shows the figure Lord William Bentinck who became the Governor of Fort St. George and Madras Presidency in 1803-1807 of Madras Presidency. The landscape is seen in the background and the portrait is in the standing position.
